GiveSaveGrow provides technology tools that enable nonprofit organizations to engage supporters through fundraising, booster programs, and private communities. GiveSaveGrow is not a charity and does not control nonprofit operations, decisions, or outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Donations are voluntary, final, and non-refundable except where legally required. Donations are not purchases of goods or services. Tax deductibility is determined by the recipient organization and applicable law.
Booster access is conditional and may be modified, paused, or revoked at any time without refund. Features may change or be discontinued to improve the platform or protect community safety.
Platform fees, payment processing fees, and network fees (including ACH fees) may apply. Applicable fees are disclosed before payment confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details provided.
ACH payments are subject to verification and settlement delays. You authorize GiveSaveGrow and its processors to debit your bank account. Failed or reversed ACH transactions may result in account suspension or loss of access.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or reversals for valid transactions. Chargebacks may result in loss of access and recovery of fees and costs.
Nonprofits independently moderate their communities and control membership. GiveSaveGrow is not responsible for organization decisions, content, or disputes between members and organizations.
Organizations may revoke membership for violations of their rules or community standards. Revocation results in immediate loss of access without refund.
GiveSaveGrow may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts to protect platform integrity, prevent fraud, or enforce these terms.
You are responsible for the content you post and must not violate laws or the rights of others. You grant GiveSaveGrow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content for platform operations.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GiveSaveGrow does not guarantee uninterrupted service, results of fundraising, or outcomes from nonprofit activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiveSaveGrow's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable state law and may require binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law. Where arbitration is not allowed, disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
